Getting the Most Out of Google AdWords Search Results

Google is the largest search engine and the most visited site on the internet. If you want to rank high on the search engines like Google and Yahoo, the first step is to learn how to optimize your website so that it is found by more people. If you want to know how to optimize your website for Google, then you should get certification so that you can practice making money from your website. Many people are making their living with Google AdSense and other Google AdWords campaigns. Certification will show others that you know how to make money using AdWords.

To get your certification as an AdWords certified, you must complete a specific number of AdWords qualifying tests. There is no limit on the number of tests you can take. There are also no limits on the number of companies or merchants you can be approved by. You do not have to be working with Google AdWords in order to get your certification. If you have an existing business that is Google AdSense eligible, then you can get your certification. If you are just beginning your career as an online advertiser, then your Google AdSense campaign can be the beginning.

If you want to get your certification as an AdWords certified online advertising professional, then you should decide on which keywords you would like to use to target potential customers. Choose the keywords that you think will be profitable for your business. You can do this by using Google’s AdWords keyword tool. If you choose the keywords and the right websites to advertise your products or services using these keywords, then your potential customers will find you.

After choosing the correct keywords, you will need to learn how many other people have selected those same words as your own. This is called the competition. Once you know how many people have already searched for the products or services that you are offering, then you can make an educated guess as to how many potential customers you will have. This information is important because it will help you determine your Google AdWords Certification count toward achieving your certification.

Once you have chosen your product area and completed the correct steps above to find potential buyers, then you can move on to the next step. Your next task is to select a product. If you have not yet created your unique website to promote your product area, then you will need to do this first. You will be given an HTML code to copy and paste into your web page, which will link your ad to your Google AdWords account.

In order for your advertisement to be displayed within the search results, there must be relevant content. This is where your product area will come in. Your product area should contain the keywords that you are going to be using with your advertisement. For example, if you sell a pair of running shoes, then you would most likely use the words “running”, “athletic”, “shoes”, or “gym”. The more appropriate the keywords are to your product area, the better they will perform within the Google AdWords search results.

The last step is to select the search terms that you wish to use with your ads. To do this, simply click on the “Google” icon and then “Search” next to “Advertising Keywords”. This will pull up a screen that lets you pick out the keyword or phrase that you wish to use with your ads. Your search term list will appear on the left hand side under “Search”. You can use the same search term list if you want, but it is just as simple to choose another term list to use.

Your Google AdWords advertisement should now be appearing at the top of the Google results page when people search for your targeted keyword. To take full advantage of your placement in the search results, make sure to keep your ads fresh and unique. Test your ad on a few different search queries and observe the traffic levels that you will experience as well as the amount of click-throughs that you will experience. If you are able to get a decent amount of click-throughs, then you have definitely gotten your money’s worth by displaying your ad on Google.
